The direct mountain environment leads to the use of natural materials such as wood and stone and to applying harmonious and relaxing hues. It is essential to focus on welcoming furniture, an effect created by furniture with organic shapes, plays of enveloping textures, and different light sources to create a warm and subdued atmosphere. COUTUME{STUDIO}, a duo of interior architects and decorator-designers, had the pleasure of renovating the Wild Lodge in Megève. Every detail and design choice contributes to creating a unique and memorable atmosphere, where luxury and authenticity complement each other to create a complete experience, where one reconnects with nature, carried away by the magic offered by the Alpine mountain landscape, far from the urban hustle and bustle.
